With a self-ordering kiosk, customers can browse your menu, place their orders and pay easily. Customers can dine in or take away, and pay either cash or card. The self-service ordering kiosk communicates to Abacus POS seamlessly so any orders are printed to the corresponding kitchen printer. Our self-ordering kiosk systems are fully integrated with payment devices, so payments can be completed seamlessly after customers put through their orders. Our Abacus Self-service POS kiosk lets customers opt to pay in cash (either at your counter or with an additional cash machine), or to pay with a Credit Card, Liven Points, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. Both first-timers and non-tech savvy individuals can place orders quickly and easily!

For customers who are dining in, they simply need to scan a QR code for their table, which makes it easy for you to know where each order is going. For those who order takeaway, they will receive an order number that you will call out when the order is ready. Businesses also have the choice to only offer one of the two, and this can be done during set-up.

Let your customers scan a coupon on the kiosk upon checkout to a get discount. All you need to do is create a coupon in our system with a QR code, then either print it or email it to your customers.

Complete Integration with POS, KDS & Order Status Screen*
Due to the full integration, your customer can place an order at the self-ordering kiosk and you will then get the order dockets printing in your kitchen, or – if you have a Kitchen Display Screen (KDS) – you will see the order on the screen itself. Then you can alert your customer that their order is ready via the Order Status Screen. Enjoy complete automation and streamlined operations!
