Loyalty Program T&C’s:

 

OPTION 1:

  • For every $10 spent in a single transaction, earn 1 point. Earn 100 points and receive a free large drink.
  • The Loyalty App must be present when collecting credits.
  • The Loyalty App must be present when redeeming credits.
  • Not available to wholesale customers.
  • Loyalty credits can not be redeemed for cash.
  • Once a transaction has been processed, points cannot be backdated or added. Any refund off goods will incur a deduction of points.
  • The Loyalty App must be registered using the online form.
  • If there is no active use of your app for any 12 month period the membership will be deactivated and any points accrued will be lost.
  • The Loyalty App must be presented to your sales assistant before paying for goods.
  • Only one Loyalty App per person is allowed, which can be used at any store.
  • Loyalty Apps or credits are not transferable.
  • Loyalty credits can be redeemed against any drink items.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any membership at any time if we suspect misuse.
  • We reserve the right to alter terms or terminate this offer at any point without notice.

OPTION 4 (Stamp Loyalty):

  • For every coffee purchased, earn 1 stamp.
  • The Loyalty App must be presented in store at the time of purchase to collect stamps. You cannot receive stamps for previous visits. 
  • Once a transaction has been processed, stamps cannot be backdated or added. Any refund of goods will incur a deduction of stamps.
  • Loyalty stamps can be redeemed for any coffee. They cannot be redeemed for any other food or beverage items. 
  • The Loyalty App must be presented in store at the time of purchase to redeem stamps. You can redeem a maximum of one free coffee per transaction or per day. 
  • Not available to wholesale customers.
  • Loyalty stamps can not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other rewards and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.
  • The Loyalty App and stamps are not transferable.
