Wastage report
The wastage report records how many products were marked as wastage at the end of each day when the register is closed.
The wastage report can be found on the backend by going to Reports > Stock > Wastage Report.
POS
CCTV integration
Available on: POS version 2.10.13 and above.
The POS can now be integrated with Hanwha CCTV. The merchant will need to provide the:
- Account,
- Password and
- Camera ID.
Text will appear on the CCTV footage when:
- The cash drawer is opened manually.
- A discount is applied to an order.
- An item is deleted from a held order.
- An invoice is deleted from order history.
- Staff void an unfinalised sale from table maps or held orders.
Note: There is currently no notification for when the camera is disconnected.
Mark remaining portions as wastage when closing the register
Available on: POS version 2.10.13 and above.
All portions remaining at the end of the day can be marked as wastage when closing the register. Marking portions as wastage when closing the register will reset them for the following day.
To mark portions as wastage when closing the register:
- Go to POS Register and tap CLOSE REGISTER.
- Tap YES.
- Tick the products you want to mark as wastage.
- Tap RESET.
Mark portions as wastage
Available on: POS version 2.10.13 and above.
Portions can also be marked as wastage throughout the day.
To mark portions as wastage:
- Hold down on the product.
- Tap DISPOSE.
- Enter the number of portions.
- Tap WASTAGE.
Allow portions to become negative
Available on: POS version 2.10.13 and above.
If there are not enough portions to fulfill a POS or online order, portions can go into negative.
This can be done by enabling A61. Accept orders when portions are -ve on the backend.
Kitchen Display Screen
Update portions on the KDS
Available on: KDS version 3.1.38 and above.
Portions can be updated on the KDS and be reflected on the POS.
