Exclude a category from a general surcharge

A category can be excluded from a surcharge on the POS, Online Ordering and Mobile App (iOS and Android).

Pay with Liven (Beta)

Pay with Liven is now available for Online Ordering. When Pay with Liven is enabled, the Pay with Liven button will appear on the checkout page. Tapping the button will redirect you to the Liven app to pay for the order.

Pay with Liven is currently in beta. Please contact your account manager to find out more.

Send order updates to customers via SMS

You can send order updates on pickup or dine in orders via SMS. 

A SMS can be sent when:

• The order is accepted
• The payment has failed
• The order is ready
• The order is rejected
