New filters added to the Section Sales Analysis report

Order Type and Payment Method filters have been added to the Section Sales Analysis report.

Loyalty point earning rules will be passed down from HQ

Loyalty point earning rules from HQ will be passed down to all child sites on EMS. If a child site with EMS enabled has other loyalty point earning rules, they will be disabled.

Additional fields added to the coupon generator

Coupon Name, Min Spent and Max Usage fields have been added to the coupon generator.

Mark items as sold out across all menus 

Previously, when a product was marked as sold out, it would only show as sold out on that particular menu. So, you would have to manually mark the product as sold out on other menus. Now, if a product is marked as sold out on one menu, this will be reflected on all other published menus.

POS will check internet connection before updating product status

The POS will now check if it is connected to the internet before updating the product status (i.e. New, Popular, Sold Out). If it is connected, it will update the product status. If it is not connected, it will try to reconnect and relaunch the POS app. If it is unsuccessful at connecting to the internet, it will not update the product status on any menu.

Duration and item quantity printing tags

Duration and Item quantity printing tags have been created for kitchen dockets. The [order_duration] tag will print the time between when the order was placed and when the docket is printed. The [item_quantity_total] tag will print the total number of all products that were ordered.

Split payments will print on the bill and tax invoice

Split payments will now print on the bill and on the tax invoice. They will show each payment made and the payment type (cash or credit card). The bill will also print the total amount remaining and the tax invoice will print the overall total.

Best before and use by date printing tags

Best before and use by date printing tags can be added to the Item Label printing template. The [expiry_date] tag will print in the format dd/mm/yyyy h:mm. For example, 14/07/2022 9:30AM. The [expiry_date(format—–)] tag will allow you to customise how the date is printed i.e. mm/dd/yyyy h:mm. You can print the date only, time only, or date and time.

Add banner images to the KDS wait screen

If EMS is enabled, the child site’s KDS wait screen should display the banners configured in HQ. If EMS is disabled, the child site’s KDS wait screen should display the banners configured on the child site. Banners for the KDS wait screen can be added on the backend by going to POS Settings > Wait Screen.

Add banner images to the CFD

If EMS is enabled, the child site’s CFD should display the banners configured in HQ. If EMS is disabled, the child site’s CFD should display the banners configured in the child site. Banners for the CFD wait screen can be added on the backend by going to POS Settings > Customer Screen.
